Act 1 merc equip with Vengeance

Need your help.

I've always been used to the act 2 mercs, but I have decided to use an act 1 rogue with my vengeance pally (not a typical build, I'm attempting the abbot, which used to be posted here if that helps). I'm pretty set on the end equipment, but still have some questions:

weapon: faith bow (don't know what bow is best)

armor: fortitude (whatever she can wear- prob archon plate)

helm: ???

I guess my big question is what type of bow is best for faith on my merc? What helm should I put on her? are these even optimal stuff for her? I really don't have a clue with rogues.
