What are the FHR breakpoints for a paladin in bear form?

I've got a werepaladin and am wondering if anyone can tell me what the fhr breakpoints are for a paladin in bear form?|||The same as the fhr breakpoints of a druid in bear form:

5% 12

10% 11

16% 10

24% 9

37% 8

54% 7

86% 6
