Question about Pally Bear weapon speed

I've searched and checked out the weapon speed calculators, but seem to be getting conflicting results.

How much additional weapon IAS do I need to add to the Griswold Caddy to reach the 4 frame breakpoint? How much for 5 frames also?

For 4 fpa they both give me:

40 additional on-weapon + 40 off-weapon

60 additional on-weapon + 20 off-weapon

You need at least 80 on-weapon IAS, after that you can have the IAS on and/or off the weapon, as long as your total is 120. If you want to see it for yourself the Titanseal calc gives a nice table showing this.|||hubb - thanks again!
