Azurewrath + max fana, do I need more ias?

[:1]Hi, just wondering if I need to add a shael to my Azurewrath or I'm alredy at max fps (I have no +IAS in my equipment).

Helm: Guillaume + Um

BArmor: Duress with AP

Belt: TGod

Gloves: Dracull

Boots: Gore

Amu: rare

Ring1: rare

Ring2: Raven

Weapon: Azurewrath clean

Shield: Sanctuary with Sacred Targe

As you see no additional IAS

Your speed is maxed out already, but under decripify you'll go from a 6 to 5-frame Zeal with another 20 IAS. Something like Eth might be worth it but I'd go for the Shael.
