There's a runeword-mod (RWM, more here) which you can download to enable the ladder-only runewords. Be sure to read the rules in both linked threads and check out the muling apps as well.

Fana-Zealot items for financially disabled players?
[:1]I'm playing single-player at my house but the Grief, Spirit runeword are only for ladder-players... So what are my possible items? Or is there anyway i can get these ladder-only runewords?|||Maybe check the Single Player Forum?
