Problems With Charger

[:1]I recently made a charger. My problem with it though is that it never seems to hit anyone, and when it does hit someone it only takes a little life away.

Wep BOTDZ

Shield Exile

Boots Gores

Gloves Steelrends

Ammy/Rings Angelics

Belt Dungo

Switch CTA/Spirit

I have a mix of Pcombs, Max dmg/Ar, Ar/Life, 20 life sc's, and anni

My Damage with Fant is 4.7-14k

My Attack Rating with Fant is 23k

My life with BO is 2.5k



Please help
