Quick Defensive aura question

[:1]The guides I read about synergies indicate that +skills don't effect synergies. However, when looking at the tooltip for Meditate and Cleanse, the +healing looks like it is effected by +skills. Is this an exception to the rule, or is the tooltip lying?|||Exception to the rule, kinda.|||Thank you.|||It is "mastery", not synergy. Just like necromancer's or sorcs masteries, they count both hard and +skills points.
