Need some for zeal/smite pala.

heya to all. EDIT : NEED SOME HELP.forgot to put word help ;p.)

i started a zeal/smite pala and has gear him up.

At the moment his gear is :

Head - Guli Umed

Neck - Maras 20res and highlord.

Weapon - Grief(34% ias in a pb).

Chest - Have coh in Ds and forti(27 res)

Gloves - Dracul's , also got Bramble Mitts and crafte 20% ias gloves.

Belt - Verdu

Rings - Raven 20 and Bk 5 ll. Also have dwarf star.

Boots - Gore and also has Goblin toe.

Cta low 1/3 wth spirit.

my fana skill atm 31+ without cta.

Got anni 18/19 and torch 13/18

Help i need :

I checked guides and calculators but i am still not sure if i hit max ias with only the weapon ias. Do i hit max for zeal/smite or i need to equip the highlord or gloves with ias?

Also what combo of the items would you consider safer but doing medium dmg for ubers?

What combo of the gear for zealing many mobs?

Do i need to have 20 skills in smite for ubers or its doable with just 1 point in it? i kinda like to have full zeal dmg possible.
