Paladin shield rack

So I stumbled on a sacred targe rack in LK...Is this the best all around pally shield or is the vortex/zakarum/sacred rondache shield better? Should I save a 65%ED as well as a 45 Resist all or is only the resist one useful?|||All the elite pali shields have the same average smite damage. Sacred Targe has the lowest defense, but the highest chance to block and lowest strength requirement making it the best one IMO. The ED% ones aren't really useful for much.|||I would also pick ST as the best one. It also becomes available 5 levels sooner than the next one.

The only way in which a Zakarum is better is more consistent damage from Smite, but if you're using Grief, that's not much of a concern.
