Magic Find and Auras question

So I favor a build that stacks dream using a glitch and then kills stuff with that stacked aura to magic find. I told a friend and he said he didn't think that mf applied to stuff you didn't kill directly, i.e stuff killed by auras, which seemed odd to me at the time until I noticed that the nature's peace I was wearing also didn't affect stuff my aura killed. I could still use redemption on those corpses. Which got me worrying if maybe what he said might be true. Any ideas if this is true or not?|||Interesting...



I do not know, I assume it would work as you are killing them, but I'm not sure
