Holy Freeze/Nightwing's Veil Question

Does the +8-15% Cold Damage on Nightwing's Veil increase the Cold Damage from the Holy Freeze aura?|||Yep, any skill-based cold damage will get boosted. (I use it on my Fishyzon)|||As would cold facets and ormus robes.
