LLD Charger Guide?

I remember recalling that a bonesnap was a good weapon but not sure what level that maul is at. Any advice on a good level to have him would be highly appreciated, thanks.|||18, 27, 29, and 30 are all fairly typical. gear varies wildly based on which you pick. have you looked in the pvp forum for the guide you thought you saw?
